令人討厭的小綠的一生之部落格大串連

某個我值早班的禮拜天，陰天還是下雨忘了，總之是個不晴朗的天氣，店裡沒客人，我則聚精會神的在畫(戰神?不是雷神喔)石膏素描，然後門的掛鈴響了，進來的就是領一箱。

現在回想起來我覺得她那天應該是MC來，感覺肚子痛的腰都撐不直，走路很內八，講話慢慢的，跟我詢問畫畫班的事情，然後覺得她大概就是跟其他偶然路過鼓起勇氣，或是問問也無妨看看這家店在幹嘛的其他人一樣，好心的話，是一個幫我們留下基本資料的過客；狠心一點的，留下一句"謝謝，我考慮一下"，然後大概從此不會再看到了。(是狠心這個形容詞沒錯，剛開店的我們心靈是很脆弱的...)

但是，沒有耶，這個人真的要來上課耶！而且之後還一直來一直來耶，來到後來還會來當充場面，幫舒華老師壓膽的超級VIP！

只是這個VIP都一直給我一種距離感(金牛座都這樣嗎？)，甚至是，我這真是真心話囉，一直到我要出國前不是要來我家喝酒嗎？其實原本林小綠還不太算在名單之內喔，但前一天在店裡我也忘了是怎麼一回事，她知道了這件事情，所以就一起來了。只是我事後自己在想，有什麼好不能來的呢？哇哈哈哈！

如果真的說是哪時候真的變得更熟，應該是我在英國的時候吧，在交一份大報告的前夕，陪我聊天舒壓，真的是聊開了，然後就成了跨國skype的基本咖了。現在想起來那段日子真的是超痛苦的，如果沒有你們這些姊妹陪著，那段日子實在是太太太太難熬了！(寫到這突然想到，吃飯那天該不會大家抱在一起哭吧？！)

回來台灣一落地隔兩天，就去店裡看看，也看到了領一箱，沒什麼變啊，可惡，原本以為被工作摧殘的會更老一點，但好像也還好。但說真的，是回來之後，才覺得她其實堅強都是裝出來的，大概是流年不利還是天上的星星走啊走，最近工作運勢真是有夠衰，居然還讓我接過兩次她崩潰求救的電話。可我真的要說這個人不只愛裝堅強，而且還很憋，都去到她家(或是士林夜市)要聽她訴苦了，還給我來個顧左右而言他，或是欲言又止的，真是急死我這個直腸子的，只好用一問一答的方式來挖內幕，大家說說看這是哪門子的求救啊？！

至於正均姨說卡卡的這個部分，我也只能很八股的說，希望老天爺可以賜給她智慧與勇氣，通過這個不知道算是卡牙縫還是卡到陰、卡到一個不行的關卡，然後事後再回頭來看這時候的自己，可以很一派輕鬆(不是故作輕鬆喔)的說，唉呀，這就是人生呀，(呼應她自己跟正均姨說的話)，不過就是一個歷程嘛。不過，土象星座大概要"有點長"的時間去執行：面對它接受它處理它，然後尤其是放下它這個步驟，該怎麼說呢？大概是我們都"有點"固執有點鐵齒有點懶惰有點莫名其妙以及其他族繁不及備載的有點，人生啊，走到現在，能構誠實的面對自己的感覺，已經是很有勇氣的事情了，我看我們就繼續互相提醒吧，但是你不要連講話都卡卡，不然我會得內傷，然後PS一下想找我聊天吃飯，就是一通電話的事情而已，OK？總覺得有什麼事情沒講，先降好了，想到再補充。

New Botanic Garden for Portmeirion Pottery: Weather Series on original round plates

This series rearranged the basic elements of the original graphic design:the blossom graphic, the three-leaves-ring and the lettering. The aim is to create a vivid image of Botanic Garden. The original motif is sort of calm and peaceful. The new ones are trying to play with the British's favorite topic of daily conversation: the weather, and hope will bring consonance to people who use them.

The relief pattern is designed to build another connection among these 4 plates. Obviously, the figure forms the shape of a butterfly. On the other hand, the embossment is complete as long as these plates are set up. This series is no longer for eating. Instead, it's for decoration. This is the furthest range among these three.

This is the second further range: decal on the butterfly shape. There are three elements in the original design: the blossom graphic, the three-leaves-ring and the lettering. In this range, all these three element are kept but with different arrangement.

The graphic is based on suitable plants. Plants with soft posture fit to the curvy edge of butterfly plates. The gradient shade of the plants gives a romantic feeling which correspond to the buttery shape.

The start of my MA Project- New Botanic Garden for Portmeirion Pottery

Due to my interest in ceramics, I decided to do the research of UK pottery industry in the module of Commercial Context.  That's how I knew Portmeirion Pottery and its famous Botanic Garden range. My curiosity of plants made me unable to ignore it. However, the traditional style of graphic makes it less interesting. That's why I decided to design new items for it. Here came the 6-months-long project.

The idea started with the theme of weather and butterfly shape. The  new weather graphic is trying to bring interesting imagination to people: How would  the "plants in Botanic Garden range" look like in different weather? And, as long as butterfly is one of the character in this range, why not have a set of butterfly shape plates?

In order to have different level of new products, the Weather Series is arranged on the original round plates which means it's the easiest one to achieve. The butterfly shape is developed into two ranges, one with decal and one with embossment. One for daily use and another one is sort of limited edition for collection.
